Must prices go up?

With short harvests, currency fluctutations and glass bottle prices rising, are wine prices in the UK wine inevitably going to increase?

Prices for wine in the UK are always going to increase. It doesn't matter if currencies become stable, if there is a surplus of glass and harvests are plentiful and of outstanding quality. Retail prices will rise because the Chancellor will wallop on a stupid sum of duty in a hopeless attempt to stop young people binge drinking, which will never work. Bring back Ken Clark (and not a lot of people say that!). There was a man who liked a drink when delivering his budget speech!
