Design is a vital ingredient to the success of any drinks brand. The Harpers Design Awards aims to recognise recently launched, redesigned or well established designs within the industry. Enter the Harpers Design Awards and gain the recognition you deserve.

Each entry will be judged by a panel of leading experts, including writers and designers, as well as both the on and off-trade specialists. Products will be judged based on the criteria of initial impact, target market concerns and overall aesthetic. In other words, does the final product measure up to the brief?

The winning results will be published online and in a special Harpers Design issue in September 2016.

Here are the list of categories for the 2016 Harpers Design Awards:

* White Wine

* Red Wine

* Rose Wine

* Sparkling Wine

* Brown Spirits

* White Spirits

* Beers

* Ciders

* Fortifieds

* Premixed/Cocktails

* Soft Drinks

* Special Packaging

* Limited Edition

Bronze, Silver and Gold medals will be awarded in each category with no limit on the number of awards that can be handed out. An overall winner will be awarded for each category, with a final overall Supreme Champion winner from all the category winners.

We will also be awarding a Design Agency of the Year award which is presented to the company that wins the most number of Gold, Silver or Bronze awards.

Deadline for entries: Friday 8th July

Bottle sample delivery deadline: Friday 8th July

Judging Date: Thursday 4th August
