• Enjoy talking to our customers and be comfortable dealing with all sorts of characters.

• Are mature, responsible and sufficiently self-motivated to thrive without the need for constant close supervision.

• Determined to deliver unequalled levels of service.

Experience

Ideally you will have experience dealing with a range of individuals and be able to speak about a £5 bottle of Sauvignon with as much credibility, confidence and passion as a classed growth.

You should have the ability to recognise what is required day to day for success, recognise when things are not going to plan and make the necessary alterations.

The most important thing is to have a passion for wine and sales and to understand the demands of a Private Client telephone sales role and to relish the opportunity to be targeted on personal performance.
