Chilean winery Cono Sur has launched a new on-trade exclusive range in conjunction with Novum Wines, the wine company set up by former Oddbins buyer Steve Daniel.
The initial range consists of a Sauvignon Blanc, a Chardonnay, a Pinot Noir and a Merlot and will be called 'Sibarita's Selection'.
Daniel, buying and marketing director of Novum Wines, said: 'We are delighted to be involved with the launch and distribution of Cono Sur's first-ever release of wines exclusively aimed at the on-trade market. We are especially pleased, as we are the first distributor in the world to receive these wines. We are very confident that the wines will be hugely successful, and we look forward to expanding the range in the near future.'
Western Wines will continue to distribute Cono Sur in the off-trade.
