French barrel making firm post strong results

Tonnelleries François Frères, the French barrel making company, has posted impressive results for 2007-08 .

The company announced a €72.1m turnover for the nine months leading to March 2008, which representis an increase of 1.7% on the previous year.

Some 80% of turnover was accounted for by barrel sales to export markets.

Tonnelleries François Frères currently controls 5% of the global market and employs over 500 members of staff.
