Sambuca looks for 40% growth
Cellar Trends aims to increase sales of its Luxardo sambuca by 40% in 2008 with an on-line marketing campaign.
It has launched a new UK website and will target 18-28 year-olds on social networking sites including Facebook and MySpace. Sampling will also take place in bars in 20 UK cities throughout the year. The brand which has a 72% of the UK sambuca market reported increased sales by 22% in 2007.
