GORDON'S AND ABSOLUT LAUNCH NEW ADVERTS

Two of the UK's biggest spirits brands have unveiled new advertising campaigns in time for the summer. Gordon's, the Diageo-owned gin, is spending 5 million in an attempt to inject modernity and relevance' into the brand, while Absolut Vodka is launching an Absolut Heritage' campaign to reinforce the message: There's only one place in the world that makes Absolut'. The Gordon's campaign aims to build on the bottle redesign of last year and follows the current strategy of broadening the drink's appeal. Absolut Heritage' emphasises the history of the brand and its credentials as a premium spirit.
