Isla Negra heads for UK coast with sampling campaign

Chilean wine brand Isla Negra is touring British coastal festivals this summer with its consumer sampling campaign, Inspired by the Coast.

Chilean wine brand Isla Negra is touring British coastal festivals this summer with its consumer sampling campaign, Inspired by the Coast.

Travelling with its branded Airstream caravan, the team, which began touring in May, will stop at Eastbourne Extreme on July 14-15, Seafest Scarborough on July 20-22, and finishing the summer holiday at the Morecambe Seaside Festival on September 1-2.

The campaign, which hopes to reach around 25,000 consumers, is also offering a card to visitors which is printed with one of 1 million unique codes, directing customers to the website to play the Beach Hut Game, offering prizes of 2,500 coastal holidays or discounts on Isla Negra wine for every entrant.

Negra brand manager Nicola Hale said: "By touring coastal festivals around the UK, we want to tell the Isla Negra brand story and engage with new and existing consumers. We also hope our caravan tour will become a talking point on the food festival scene."
