The Diner opens seventh outlet serving its own 'Hard Teas'

Published:  29 November, 2013

The Diner opened its seventh location in the Old Spitalfields Market, in East London, where guests will be able to choose from a selection of "hard teas" and "hard milkshakes" spiced with a range of spirits.

The teas are the Diner's own unique tea blend created with the ethical We Are Tea, and served with a selection of different spirits.

The four different 'hard teas' include The Peach Cobbler, The G & Tea, Cherry Pie and Red Slushy.

Chris Todd, operations manager at The Diner, said: "We're excited to debut the hard tea cocktails at the new restaurant and to our customers. After the success of our hard shakes, our hard teas are unlike any other cocktails currently found in London and we're sure they will be just as popular as our shakes, if not more so."

In addition to the hard teas, The Diner also serves an extensive selection of local craft beers as well as craft beers from the US. The Diner also serves "hard milkshakes' with several twists to classic shakes, like the 'Brandy Alexander", which adds Nutella and brandy.

The Diner is located at 4 Horner Square, Old Spitalfields Market, London E1 6EW and is open Monday-Saturday, 8am-11pm and on Sunday, 9am-8pm.   The Diner has six other locations including one in Soho, Camden, Shoreditch, Islington, Covent Garden and Gloucester Road.
