London Wine Fair's return to Kensington Olympia got an overwhelming thumbs up from the wine trade, with visitor numbers up 11% on last year, but we're looking for the lowdown.
Organisers Brintex listened and made changes to the show's format, introducing Esoterica, the vast table top tasting area for smaller importers representing niche producers, special zones for bulk and packaging experts, pop up expert talks and a focus on craft beer, alongside the usual suspects from the wine trade's finest. Many operators were impressed, although some commented that the navigation let the show down slightly.
