Bottle Apostle blossoms with opening of Primrose Hill store

Published:  10 July, 2015

Independent London wine merchant Bottle Apostle opens its fifth store in the Primrose Hill area on July 18.

It's the second new opening of the year for the company which opened in East Village, close to the site of the Olympic Stadium in May.

"The last six months has been absolutely incredible," said owner Andrew Eakin. "Rarely does an independent wine merchant get the opportunity to open two distinctive shops within two months of each other.

"I think it's a confirmation that we're offering something unique to wine drinkers across the city while allowing each shop to maintain its own personality."

The Primrose Hill site will offer over 550 wines, spirits, craft beer and premium saké. There will be 16 wines in Enomatic sampling machines.

It will feature Bottle Apostle's craft beer and cider spin-off concept The Brew Testament with what it said would be its "most comprehensive offering of craft beers and ciders yet".

Bottle Apostle's other three shops are in Hackney, Crouch End and Clapham.
