Mateus Ros is on TV

Mateus Ros, the Portuguese brand owned by Sogrape, will feature in a television advertising campaign throughout the month of August.

The 1.2 million campaign follows on from last summer's campaign, and bears the strapline Anyone can do cold and pink. No one does ros like Mateus'. Both the original and Tempranillo Ross are featured in the campaign, which is aimed at 20- to

35-year-olds, and will be broadcast during programmes such as Big Brother and Hollyoaks. Brand manager Helen Bull said: Mateus Ros is at the forefront of the category's success, with growth of 22%, and the highest rate of sale during 2005 in over a decade, making it a must-stock brand for the trade.'
