Grays & Feather becomes London’s first global sparkling wine bar

London’s first dedicated global sparkling wine bar will open in Covent Garden this summer, brainchild of the wine merchant with which it shares its name. The drinks list will feature around 60 sparkling wines hailing from all over the world. In the words of the company: “With a library spanning small-batch Prosecco to experimental wines made in the oases of Patagonia, we are a specialist in bubbles.” Grays & Feather hopes that diners will be encouraged to explore lesser-known styles and “discover their own new Prosecco”. The impressive drinks list will be accompanied by a menu of small plates, featuring a selection of complementary foods from across the globe to enjoy with the fizz.
