Pernod Ricard UK is the new name of Group Pernod Ricard's UK spirits and wines companies, following a re-organisation which sees PR Brands and Caxton Wines formally come under the same banner. General manager Ian Tottman said: "We will ensure that when these two companies come together the success and momentum is maintained and the expertise that already exists is further developed. We are keen to ensure that the combined business continues to benefit from some specialisation in both wines and spirits, while allowing the advantages of one trading platform to flow through." Pernod Ricard UK will be divided into five business groups and a new customer development function will be established to "enhance customer and category management support". The company, which markets and distributes brands such as Jacob's Creek, Jameson whiskey, Long Mountain, Etchart New World wines, Havana Club rum, and Aberlour malt whisky, will remain at its offices in Hounslow.
