Moët & Chandon gears up for Christmas with pop-up in The Blind Pig

Published:  04 December, 2018

Moët & Chandon has extended its partnership with brand ambassador Jason Atherton with the launch of a pop-up in his The Blind Pig bar.

The winter snug in the Soho bar is open throughout this month (December), serving festive Champagne cocktails with a “Moët twist”, including Cranberry Kir Royal with Moët Impérial and a Moët Christmas Pudding Champagne & Cognac tipple.

As part of its festive activity, Moët is also gearing up to launch seasonal activations at other locations around the capital, including ‘Moët In the Stars’ at the Shard, a Moët winter garden at Sky Garden, and a Winter Terrace at The Hari, serving up Moët & Chandon and fondue.

In addition, cocktail lovers will be introduced to a traditional Champagne serve in “modern settings”, including Callooh Callay, Disrepute, Nola and Mint Gun Club, with a ‘bartender handshake’ - a complementary ‘amuse bouche’ of Moët Impérial before their order arrives.

In the off-trade, shoppers at Selfridges in London, Birmingham and Manchester can immerse themselves in this year’s limited edition Moët & Chandon gift box, which pays homage to the French Art de Vivre, with Moët & Chandon’s Versailles-inspired Orangerie building taking pride of place on the bottle.

And, ahead of its week-long installation at Kensington High Street’s Whole Foods Market, Moët’s roving Champagne truck has been given a golden glow.

In addition to offering tastings of Moët Impérial and Rosé Impérial, the truck will showcase the 2018 edition of the mini Moët Christmas Cracker.
