New chief executive at Enotria

Enotria Winecellars has appointed Alison Levett as chief executive. She takes over from Clive Beharrell, who will now become executive chairman.

Levett has previously worked as managing director UK and Ireland, Allied Domecq, and in the same position for the Campbell Soup Company. She was also a marketing director for household cleaning company Reckitt and Colman.

Beharrell said: It has been a long search to find a person with the right abilities to lead the company in its next phase of development. Alison comes with a wealth of experience in general management and brand marketing.'

Levett said: Enotria is a company with a clear vision for the future, building on its 35-year heritage in wine, and I am very excited to be joining them.'
