BEN ELLIS AND FWW TO MERGE THEIR AUSTRIAN WINE PORTFOLIOS
Ben Ellis Wines and FWW Wines (UK) Ltd are to merge their Austrian wine agency portfolios, creating the largest importer of Austrian wines in the UK. FWW Wines will trade as a subsidiary company of Ben Ellis Wines and will be the sole UK agent for the following Austrian wine producers: Freie Weingrtner Wachau, at Drnstein, in Wachau; Schloss Gobelsburg, Langenlois, Kamptal; Franz Hirtzberger, Spitz, Wachau; Helmut Lang, Illmitz, Neusiedlersee; Gerhard Pittnauer, Gols, Neusiedlersee; E & M Tement, Berghausen, Styria; Weingut Familie Prieler, Schtzen, Neusiedlersee-Hgelland; Weingut Feiler-Artinger, Rust, Neusiedlersee-Hgelland; Weingut Velich, Apetlon, Neusiedlersee. The Austrian agencies of both companies will be incorporated into the existing Ben Ellis portfolio.
