New Port Report Taylor's Port, Nielsen and UK agents have teamed up to produce what they claim to be a comprehensive, unbiased report on the Port industry'. The first issue of the Taylor Report, to be published in April, will contain an overview of the market, followed by individual sections on the Port drinker, the trade and the agent, with current performance figures for all sectors. Adrian Bridge, managing director of Taylor's, said: With sales remaining largely seasonal in the UK, there still remains many opportunities for the consumption of Port which are not being exploited.' Graham's lengthens lead Graham's LBV further increased its lead in the LBV market in 2001. According to AC Nielsen, the brand now has a 32.7% share of the LBV market, after growing 27% last year. Graham's LBV also moved into the number two position in the overall market, with a 6.6% market share by volume. This is seen as a good performance for a premium-priced product.
