For those with a sweet tooth he suggests Lustau East India Solera Rich Oloroso Sherry (7.99/50cl; Waitrose); and for those with a drier palate, Asda Fino Sherry (3.74) or Tesco Finest Dry Oloroso Sherry (5.05).
