A group of Swiss wine producers are believed to have mounted a legal challenge to retain the right to call their non-sparkling white wine Champagne'. According to reports, a group of 39 wine growers from the village of Champagne, near Lake Neuchtel, are to take their case to the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
