Bottle Green launches "no-nonsense" website for French Connection Wines

Bottle Green is to launch a new consumer-focused, interactive website for French Connection Wines.

The company said the new site being launched in the midst of much current debate within the trade about lack of engagement with the wine category.

The aim is to embrace new media in a way no other French wine brand has by attempting to demistify French wine and engage consumers through an extensive variety of creative means

It has been built to help overcome the confusion often associated with Old World wine, avoid any of the potential fear factors and include content which is written in a deliberate no- nonsense tone.

Richard Hitchcock, Bottle Green marketing director, said: "The time is now right to launch a website that takes this engagement to a new level and allows beleaguered French consumers to get involved on a straightforward new platform that tells it as it is. We believe the site is at the cutting edge, but at its heart remains the sole objective of enjoying the brand whilst having access to other interesting elements which help create that all important connection." will be launched on October 1.
