A raft of UK agents and importers absent from last year’s London International Wine Fair have signed up to exhibit at the newly branded London Wine Fair at Olympia, London, on June 2-4 2014.

The first phase of booking, which went live earlier this month, saw 85% of allocated space for this phase reserved within an hour.

Twenty companies have committed to return to the London Wine Fair following an absence of at least a year: Accolade, Australian Vintage, De Bortoli Wines UK, Buckingham Schenk, Enotria, Eurowines, Hallgarten Druitt, Mentzendorff, Patriarche Wine Agencies, PLB and Stevens Garnier.

LWF show director Ross Carter said: “We are delighted to see so many companies of this calibre already committing to next year, especially after a hiatus in many cases. We are in ongoing discussions with others who are set to confirm in the next few weeks.”
