Maxxium UK is rolling out an online drinks menu service that will be available for pubs and bars nationwide.

Print on Demand will enable Maxxium's sales force to create bespoke and customised drinks menus quickly and efficiently on site with customers. On-trade establishments will be able to choose from four different menu sizes and 18 background themes to help maximise profits for key selling opportunities, including bank holidays, the Royal Wedding, the summer season and the digestif occasion.

Jim Grierson, Maxxium's on-trade sales director, said: "Drinks menus are an invaluable tool for any bar, encouraging consumers to spend more on a great tasting drink. Research shows that the majority of customers haven't yet made their drink choice as they approach the bar, so a simple suggestion via a drinks menu can be enough to influence the decision making process.

"For a number of years our extensive sales team has provided category-led Mixxit training to customers in outlet, covering the length and breadth of the country. Mixxit Print on Demand is a valuable addition to our offering as customers can now maximise the training with professionally produced drinks menus, which will ultimately help drive sales."
