|Samba Brands to open 24-hour restaurant|

Samba Brands is launching London bar and restaurant Duck & Waffle, which will stay open round the clock.
Offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and late night menus, it is located on the 40th floor of Heron Tower, London, and is inspired by broad European and British influences.
Daniel Doherty, who was previously at the Old Brewery at the Royal Naval College in Greenwich; the Empress in Victoria Park; and Roux Fine Dining in the City, will head up the kitchen.
The menus at Duck & Waffle will evolve throughout the day, kicking off with breakfast from 6am–11am, encompassing dishes such as foie gras, all-day breakfast and Duck & Waffle with fried duck egg and mustard maple syrup.
An all-day menu will be served from 11am–2am and from 2am–6am the restaurant
It will also include a a private dining room and 24-seat chef bar, offering artisanal cocktails and an expansive rum selection, which is also open throughout the day and night.
Samba Brands Management also operates Sushisamba, which will open in July in the Heron Tower, while Duck & Waffle will open in August.
