Business chiefs and economists head line up at WSTA conference

Pernod Ricard UK's Denis O'Flynn, Alison Levett of Enotria and Glenn Caton of Laithwaite's are three of the keynote speakers at next week's Wine & Spirit Trade Association conference.

 

The event will look to tackle the headline topic of "Growth in a low growth environment" and will feature economic analysis from leading economist Sir Howard Davies and James Walton, chief economist of the IGD.

 

New WSTA chief executive, Miles Beale, will set out the key political and regulatory issues likely to affect the industry in the year ahead. BBC Radio 4 Today business editor Simon Jack will host the debate and chair a Q & A session with business leaders on the best way for businesses to perform in a "period of continuing economic uncertainty".
