Time is running out to register for Harpers’ upcoming Chile Summit 2012, giving UK drinks buyers a unique chance to learn more about premium Chilean wine and the opportunity it offers your business.

Taking place on November 26 at No 11, Cavendish Square London, the day will kick off with a category insight session by CGA Strategy and Nielsen.

The morning’s masterclasses will cover Bordeaux and Rhône style blends; and cool climate Chile, presented by Jo Ahearne MW from Harrods.

Join Virgin Wines’ Dave Roberts, Texture’s Xavier Rousset MS, and Mitchells & Butlers’ Claire Harris, among others, to debate the future of the Chilean wine category in the converts versus cynics debate.

In the afternoon, Hakkasan’s group wine buyer Christine Parkinson will be taking visitors through regional variation in Sauvignon Blanc, while Jascots’ training manager and head sommelier Raul Diaz will look at exciting alternatives to mid-range price points on your list.

Summit partners Emiliana, Errazuriz and Santa Rita Estates will also be hosting themed tasting zones and presenting a selection of rare, older vintage Chilean wines.
