Cellar Trends has launched a website to help bars create customised cocktail menus from £1 each.

Its "design your own menu" project has over 100 cocktail recipes and photographs which bars can choose from using drop-down boxes. Businesses can also add their own pricing, special offers, logos and background and text colours.

The A5 size colour menus cost from £1 each to print and will be delivered within 10 days.

Cellar Trends said the cost-effectiveness and speed would be especially useful for bar managers who want to highlight special or seasonal offers such as "love cocktails" for Valentines Day or Mother's Day specials.

"With pubs and bars, hotels and restaurants all seeking to offer cocktails, the Cellar Trends cocktail menu designer is an attractive way for them to highlight their cocktail offering, and tailor it to their bar style and customer choice, at very low cost," said Nick Barker who led the project.
