To celebrate 25 years as the official suppliers of Champagne to Wimbledon, Lanson has unveiled a new look for its range.
The Wimbledon-themed neoprene jacket packaging is due to be rolled out from May and is designed to keep chilled bottles cooler for longer. The jackets will appear on Lanson Black Label in white or purple, and pink for Lanson Rosé.
Paul Beavis, managing director of Lanson International UK, said: "It is a simple idea, but we know that our customers absolutely love our neoprene jackets; they are instantly recognisable. We are thrilled to be celebrating 25 years with Wimbledon and it is a very exciting time for us as we continue to engage with our consumers and grow our brands."
Lanson is planning a programme of events to tie in with the tennis championships, which includes a countdown initiative across all social media platforms.
The Champagne brand has also created an exclusive Wimbledon cocktail to mark the occasion, Lanson Fraise, which has been devised by mixologist Fred Olsson and plans to present past Wimbledon winners with magnums of Lanson corresponding to the year of their win. |
