This week: Godzilla markets Chardonnay, Borat tries his hand at wine tasting and Tony Blair's whisky cures toothache

Lots to talk about this week in Harpers’ YouTube and quirkies round-up.

Mythical gigantic reptiles are not something often associated with alcohol advertising but as this old Yellow Tail Chardonnay advert with Godzilla proves, it is certainly an eye catching approach.

As we all know, January can be chock-a-block with tasting events but it's unlikely you will ever experience one quite like Borat's introduction to wine in America.

With the Six Nations kicking off this weekend, this New Zealand Whisky advert seems very fitting. It pitches the Haka against 15 scotsmen in kilts - with predictable consequences.

What else? Well there's a classic 1986 Babycham commercial that should take your fancy or otherwise you can watch the horribly kitsch Maltese Eurovision entry 2008 - it's called Vodka.

News also that a bottle of whisky signed by Tony Blair - which was destined for a charity auction - was accidentally opened to help soothe a man's toothache.

Finally, as this clip proves grape crushing the old fashioned way can be a dangerous business.
