Lots to talk about this week in Harpers' YouTube and quirkies round-up… There was news out this week of a product for the woman who - up until this point - thought she had everything. The wine bra laughs in the face of conventional drinking wisdom and allows women to slurp wine directly from a tube connected to their underwear.
We also came across a couple of classic adverts this week. The outtakes from Orson Welles' commercial for Paul Masson are particularly good - lookout for the expressions of the bemused extras. This Tommy Cooper voiceover on a Bell's whisky ad is equally fun, if a little childish. What else? Well there's an interesting decanting method for your expert analysis plus a great trick with a wine cork to impress your chums. And finally Did you know you could open a Champagne bottle using just the base of a glass flute? No? Well, click here and see Sabrage in action.
