Pernod Ricard has agreed to sell Lubuski gin to Vinpol, the Polish subsidiary of Germany's Henkell drinks group, best known for its sparkling wines.

Lubuski is one of the brands Pernod Ricard was asked by the European Commission to dispose of on its acquisition of V&S Vin & Sprit and Absolut vodka from the Swedish government last year.

Vinpol adds Lubuski to a Polish market portfolio that includes Henkell Trocken and Anna Karenina sparkling wines, Deinhard and Egri Bikavér tables wine, Gorbatschow vodka and Canari liqueurs.
