Wine heroes speak out for Wine +

Ahead of next week's Wine + on-trade event in London the organisers are releasing online interviews with three "Wine Heroes" chosen to represent different areas of the UK restaurant scene.


The "heroes" - which inclulde Gus Evans of the Butcher's Hook pub in Fulham, Charlie Young of Vinoteca wine bar in London and Matthieu Longuère, sommelier at La Trompette in Chiswick , west London - are all also due to appear at the show and be interviewed on-stage about their experiences on the front line.


Harpers is helping to part sponsor the initiative and anyone attending Wine + on February 3 can see editor Richard Siddle interviewing, Longuère at 5pm.
