Pink Elephant supplier 10 International has created a sister company in Ireland.
10 International Ireland is a new business, already registered in the republic as Innovative Wine Solutions.
The company will be run by former Irish Distillers sales director Jim O'Sullivan, and Colin Sullivan, who was previously ID's wine development director.
Richmond Marketing boss Barry Connolly, who handles Red Bull in Ireland, will also be a shareholder.
The company offices will be based in Dublin but will have sales distribution throughout Ireland including the north.
Fomer Unwins marketing director Bill Rolfe and Toby Hancock of 10 International are also part of the Irish team.
