Searcys to open six Champagne bars in 2010

Searcys is looking to roll out its Champagne bar concept across the country with six new sites planned for next year.

 

The company, which already runs two bars, one at the Westfield shoppping centre and the other at St Pancras train station, is looking for similar high traffic sites.

 

It is thought to be looking at potential sites at Paddington train station, Covent Garden and the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent.

 

It is already bucking trends in the on-trade with like-for-like sales at its St Pancras bar up 20%.
