| Clink Wines forges new Australian partnership |

Australian wine producer Qualia Wines will join forces in a strategic partnership with UK based, Clink Wines Ltd.
Qualia Wines purchased the assets of Neqtar Wines Pty Ltd, after it collapsed in December 2009, and comprise of a consortium of Mildura based vignerons and business leaders.
It says the new partnership with Clink Wines is a reflection of the company's three-pronged strategy to grow its branded portfolio in international markets, forge a joint venture partnership and develop strategic initiatives with a like-minded partner.
"Furthermore, Clink Wine's focus on partnerships with global producers that help encourage sustainable grower relationships and their communities is something that is vitally important to us."
The exclusive partnership will see the launch of two new brands, a number of exclusives and the strategic development of the successful branded portfolio of Qualia Wines, comprising of retailer own label products; Commissioner's Block, Mid-Day, Calder Grove, Burke's Rest and Little Eden.
Established in 2008, Clink Wines services off and on-trade customers, as well as regional wholesalers, dotcoms and independent specialists. In addition, the company sells to the USA, with Canada and Europe listed as new markets for 2010. |
