The family owned vineyard Piccini has launched a white partner for its Piccini Memoro Rosso Vino d'Italia, which was launched last year.

The aim is to create a wine that, "not only tastes truly Italian, but feels truly Italian." Memoro Vino Bianco d'Italia NV (rrp £9.50), is made from a blend of a "finely-tuned balance of grapes" that come from the four corners of Italy. Viognier from Sicily, Chardonnay from Trentino, Vermentino from Maremma and Pecorino from Marche make up the cuvee which has been created by head winemaker Antonella Conti and overseen by Mario Piccini.
