Following extensive research and developmental trials, the brand has aimed to capture the vibrancy and tropical fruit flavours synonymous with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Marlborough region. Adrian Atkinson, wine development director, Pernod Ricard UK, says it will allow retailers to tap into two profitable and prominent areas of category growth, both the premium New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc market and the UK's on-going appreciation of sparkling wine. Available through Matthew Clark and Majestic from August, and Ocado and Tesco Wine by the Case from September.
