Sir Richard Branson?s Virgin Group has teamed up with Brown-Forman Wines to launch Virgin Vines, a range of two wines aimed to appeal to ?young adult consumers?.

The Virgin brand is known for its irreverent and non-traditional approach to cultural and business practices, and Virgin Vines brings that same attitude to wine,' said Branson.

David Cox, head of Brown-Forman Wines UK, told Harpers: Both parties are going to look at the success of the wines over the next 12 months before a decision is made to extend the distribution to the UK market. However, we are talking to Virgin about the potential availability of the wines on board Virgin Atlantic Airways and the UK's Virgin trains.'
