Premium Australian wine brand, Tempus Two, will feature a number of new vintage releases in addition to some more unusual varieties and blends, at the 2008 Australia Day Tastings.

Produced by award winning winemaker Liz Jackson, the 2008 Australia Day Tastings will see the debut of the 2007 Copper Melange a Trois - a Rhne inspired blend of Marsanne, Roussane and Viognier. Sourced from vineyards in New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria the wine has an RSP of 8.99. In addition, Tempus Two will be presenting the 2007 Copper Wilde Ferment Chardonnay, a blend of Adelaide Hills and Hunter Valley fruit, and the 2006 Copper Cabernet Merlot, sourced from the Barossa Valley and Langhorne Creek regions of South Australia.

On offer from the Pewter tier of the portfolio will be the 2005 vintage of Tempus Two Pewter Pinot Chardonnay and new vintage releases of two signature Tempus varietals - Pinot Gris and Sangiovese. With an RSP of 14.99, the 2007 Pewter Pinot Gris is produced from fruit grown in the Swan Hill region of Victoria, whilst the 2006 Pewter Sangiovese is sourced from Beechworth, also in Victoria.

Created by Lisa McGuigan, the fourth generation of one of Australia's best known winemaking families and developed by an all female winemaking team, Tempus Two is committed to producing quality, hand crafted wine, combining traditional vinification methods with contemporary New World flair.
