Fleur de Lotus 2006 from Vin D?Alsace Josemeyer Domaine will debut in the Moti Mahal in London.

The fine Indian dining restaurant will run the wine along with a series of other biodynamic wines from Frederick Grapper until May 31 2008.

It is the first time the wine will be served by the restaurant trade.

A Dynamic Wines statement said: "The wine is made from a blend of the noble grapes variety from Alsace (50% Pinot (Blanc & Auxerois), 40% Gewurztraminer, 10% Muscat and Riseling) designed to enhance the harmony of Alsacian grapes variety with Asian and world cuisine."
