Leading Fairtrade wine producer, Fairhills, is launching an environmentally friendly addition to its South African wine range - a 100% recyclable bag-in-box. Refreshing and convenient, the Fairhills bag-in-box is the perfect addition to summer barbecues, parties and picnics. ![]() Available in Pinot Grigio and Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc varieties, the Fairhills South Africa 1 litre bag-in-box is easy to transport and convenient to store - staying fresh for up to nine months before use and keeping chilled in the fridge for up to two weeks after opening. In addition, the cardboard outer is 100% recyclable making this an ideal choice for those watching their carbon footprint.
The wines come from the Fairhills project in South Africa - a joint venture between Origin Wines and the South African Du Toitskloof winery, which employs more than 800 people and offers better work and living conditions for farmers and their families. CEO of Fairhills wines, Bernard Fontannaz, says: This is a really important step for Fairhills Wine. As the largest Fairtrade wine supplier in the UK we feel it is our duty to take environmental issues into account when packaging our wine. Our bag-in-box is not only a convenient addition to our wine range it also features a recyclable cardboard outer and is lighter to transport around the globe, resulting in a lower carbon footprint.' The Fairhills Association was founded in South Africa in 2005. Situated in the heart of the breathtaking Breede River Valley in the Western Cape, Fairhills South Africa is a unique project that offers better living and working conditions for farmers and their families. Fairhills was Fairtrade accredited in 2005 and since then profits from the sales of Fairhills branded South African wines all over the world have contributed to life changing developments for the Fairhills community - day care and pre-care teaching facilities for all children, better access to primary, secondary and tertiary education, adult education, health care facilities and job creation. In addition to its South African heartland, Fairhills has now set up similar projects in Argentina and Chile making it the biggest Fairtrade wine project in the world. The first wine produced in the famous Mendoza region of Argentina, Fairhills Mendoza Vineyards Shiraz Tempranillo, has already won an award for taste and quality in the 2007 Fairtrade wine awards.

Marc Jacobs, who has been the creative director at Louis Vuitton bags since 1997, once again brought his talented hand to the Discount Louis Vuitton bags runway, designing a collection that was inspired by “all those great French muses of the late eighties.” Louis Vuitton is the kings of the brands in the fashion industry. For most women, a Louis Vuitton replica bags is not just the handbag; it is the most important necessity for a woman. But the realLouis Vuitton handbags are too much costly. The price of the real Louis Vuitton handbag makes you unhappy because it is too far than your reach. You might be considering for the wholesale replica handbags market. Someone will think that the replica LV all in low quality, but you are wrong, High quality Louis Vuitton replica handbags come in every size, shape and styles imaginable and they look like the almost real LV handbags. If you wanted to get a low price handbag, you had better search them online. Not just the Discount Louis Vuitton handbags , also the replica Chanel, replica Coach and so on. You can find them online. Unsurprisingly the show has a cheeky, flirty feel about it and, whether you are inspired to try it or not, the collection will no doubt leave a smile on your face. |
