 A new wine brand called Le Weekend will run joint promotions and competitions with an airline, offering consumers the chance to win trips to visit wineries in Europe. Le Weekend is comprised of wines from three short-haul destinations - Spain, Italy and France. The Spanish wines, a Sauvignon Blanc Macabeo 2008, Tempranillo Syrah Cabernet 2008 and a Syrah Rosé 2008, have gone on sale at the Co-op.
