Read more about

Pink Elephant Portugal's new rosé is about to be launched in India.

The brand owner 10 International announced that they have agreed distribution terms with United Vintners part of the United Breweries group who are the world's 3rd largest spirit producer. Wine spokesman for the UB group Mr. Abhay Kewadkar said “we are very optimistic about the future of wine in India and Pink Elephant is a growing brand with great potential”. As a precursor to the launch Pink Elephant was recently showcased in Mumbai by the Wine Society of India hosted by Steven Spurrier.

Bill Rolfe Director of 10 International agrees that India is a new emerging wine market that cannot be ignored, where working with a highly efficient distributor is key to success.

The Indian wine market which is currently 1.1 million cases is forecast to grow to 6 million cases in the next 10 years.
