First came The Pig, an award-winning New Forest retreat in Brockenhurst that set about breathing new life into the country house hotel. On its heels came the Pig-in the Wall in Southampton. Now the latest addition to the Pig stable is Hunstrete House, in the Mendips, seven miles from Bath.
