50 Great Portuguese Wines Tasting

Castlefield Rooms, 18-20 Castle Street, Manchester M3 4LZ

8am–5pm
Since being awarded Portuguese Wine Journalist of the Year in 2011, Julia Harding has made six visits to Portugal and tasted 1,200 of the country's wines. The result is a list of the very best wines made exclusively from Portuguese varieties. No Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Merlot here – think Baga, Tinto Roriz and Alicante Bouschet. They all share one criteria – quality with no compromise.
