French gin partners with London's hotel bars

Ethical spirits brand Fair has teamed up with 12 top London hotels to launch its Christmas marketing campaign. 

Ethical spirits brand Fair has teamed up with 12 top London hotels to launch its Christmas marketing campaign.

Dubbed The 12 Gins of Christmas, the campaign will invite bars and drinkers to share photos of their Christmas cocktails on social media using #12ginsofxmas.

From the 12 to 23 of December, mixologists including Galvin at Window will take their turn to make up a signature serve using FAIR's juniper gin.

Each cocktail will be on the menu throughout the 12 days of Christmas and include The Bulgari's Partridge in a Pear Tree combining gin with port, pear cider and smoked partridge and peanut butter infusion.

China Tang at The Dorchester will be offering Two Turtle Doves - FAIR Gin mixed with cranberry, Yuzu and Lapsang Souchong bitters, poured from a glass tea pot into a martini glass.

The 12 gins will be available from Il Bar at Bulgari Hotel London, China Tang, Cavendish, Sofitel Renaissance, Galvin at Window, St James Court, Mr Cooper, Athaneaum Tonic & Remedy and Smith & Whistle.

Founded in 2009 by Alexandre Koiransky, FAIR is a Fairtrade collection of spirits produced in France with an emphasis on social responsibility.

Fair is distributed by Mangrove in the UK.
