Hitler's Champagne goes to auction

Published:  23 July, 2008

A bottle of 1937 vintage Mot & Chandon Champagne which is said to have been taken from Hitler's cellar will be auctioned this month.

The bottle is estimated to fetch 200-300 at the auction in Sherborne, Dorset.

It is claimed the bottle was brought back to Britain by a soldier who taken it from Hitler's wine cellar in Berlin.
